Mapping
Good maps are the linchpin for Estate management and essential as a starting point for most projects. We can provide digital mapping services at a variety of scales and for various purposes.
Property Letting
We provide a property letting service to non-retained clients which can either be a “let only” service or full or part managed. We can undertake compliance checks, marketing, rental advice and tenancy set up.
Project Management
We have experience of overseeing projects and progressing development for residential refurbishment to renewable projects. Acting as part of a team of advisors, we can ensure projects are undertaken on time and within budget.
Environment & Conservation
We have extensive experience in preparing and managing agri-environment schemes in both upland and lowland habitats, and nurture an excellent working relationship with the relevant Government agencies.
We also advise clients on designations, such as Special Protection Areas (SPAs) or Sites of Special Scientific Interest (SSSIs), and are able to offer guidance on the effect of designation and how it impacts on management.
Forestry
Through our experience on our managed Estates we oversee in excess of 6,000 hectares of forestry and, often working with others, can provide strategic advice and practical day to day management of both commercial and non-commercial woodlands.
Discreet Sales & Acquisition
We help clients in the sale and purchase of all types of rural property. When selling we often work with joint agents for maximum market coverage. When advising purchasers, we under take well researched due diligence, valuation advise using our extensive knowledge of the market and negotiating skills in achieving a successful purchase.
Planning & Development
Stanley Wright is a good first port of call for all rural planning issues, including planning for agricultural buildings and change of use for agricultural buildings; we also advise clients on the potential to convert redundant farm buildings for a number of uses, be it residential, office or industrial.
Renewables
We have built up considerable experience in dealing with renewable projects and can advise on Biomass, Hydro and wind. Working with others we have delivered a number of renewable projects including District Biomass Heating Schemes.

Nick Wright is a RICS registered valuer with experience in providing valuations for Probate, Tax, Asset transfer and Market Appraisal purposes.
